I offer clients a choice of holistic treatments in my relaxing therapy rooms. Each treatment is tailored for their specific needs, once we have had an extensive consultation and energy reading. Therapies include relaxing Aromatherapy Massages , Facials, therapeutic Indian Head massage, Restorative Reiki Treatments, Thai Foot Massage, Hopi Ear Candling , immersive Sound Baths or a bespoke blended treatment of several therapies. With Perfect Scents Holistics you can confidently expect a unique wellbeing experience to remember! I am also a fully qualified counsellor.. Registered MBACP and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, so I can offer a full range of mind, body and spirit packages .
Counselling and Life Coaching

I can help with anxiety, panic attacks, anger issues, relationship problems, trauma and many other situations that may be preventing clients from living a fulfilled life.
I can also offer life coaching, assistance with setting and achieving goals, time management, identifying self defeating behaviours, creating new mind sets and beneficial behavioural patterns.
Sessions can be offered in person, by telephone or online via zoom .I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapy .

This is a bespoke treatment for Mind Body and Spirit
One of my most popular treatments, clients from all walks of life come to me regularly for an up to date energy reading, which helps me to see exactly what they need energetically, we then have a guidance /life mapping consultation and complete this with an effective Reiki treatment which allows the client to release unwanted energies and take on new positive energy where needed . This leaves the client refreshed and renewed in mind , body and spirit. Each session is £45.00

The focus is on regaining / maintaining physical, mental and spiritual balance so you become the best version of yourself. I will do a health/medical consultation and an energy reading to ensure I explore the best treatments for your needs.
Treatment Rooms
The treatment room is a magical space where you can relax and allow yourself to be pampered while gaining the benefits of a therapeutic process.
Reiki Treatment
I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and Reiki treatments are designed to energise, release energy blocks, raise mood and aid peaceful sleep. Treatments range from £25.00 to £45.00
Aromatherapy Massage
I am a fully qualified Aromatherapist .. Aromatherapy Massages contain powerful soothing essential oils that promote healing and balance, These can be in the form of rejuvenating facials -neck and shoulder massage , Anti tension back massages and the amazing experience of a full body massage. I am licensed to mix my own oils to ensure each treatment is a bespoke therapy for each individual client to meet any specific needs
Prices range from £25 to £55 per treatment depending on length of time and type of oils etc.
Indian Head Massage
A very popular treatment with clients, it incorporates a massage to the head, face, neck, shoulders and back. This is known to be a relaxing therapy which can help rebalance energies in the body .
A bespoke Aromatherapy blend can be used or the treatment can be given without oils

Soundbaths and Relaxation Sessions
I can offer personal relaxation sessions with bespoke sound baths for clients which includes a soothing meditation /relaxation. This can be incorporated into other treatments at an extra cost or can be a stand alone session.
I can also offer group sessions in larger venues, I have run sound baths at Residential Retreats, Workshops, Workplace Well Being sessions, Community Spaces and Leisure Centres. Prices available on application

Thai Foot Massage.... Aromatherapy meets reflexology.. Wonderfully relaxing therapeutic treatment - where feet and lower legs are massaged and pressure points are treated with a Thai Foot Stick plus optional Aromatherapy oils of your choice.One recent client told me later
